Based on their biological behavior, they are classified into:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benign Tumors (non-cancerous)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not spread to other parts of the body (no metastases).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can be locally aggressive, gradually destroying surrounding tissue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May cause pain, swelling, deformity, functional limitations, or pathological fracture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Often require monitoring, and in some cases surgical treatment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>Malignant Tumors (sarcomas)<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Invade surrounding tissues and may spread through the bloodstream (metastases).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tend to have a faster and more aggressive course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Require early diagnosis, a multidisciplinary approach, and combined therapy: surgery, chemotherapy, and\/or radiotherapy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Most Common Tumors We Treat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>Primary Bone Tumors<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Osteosarcoma<\/strong> \u2013 malignant bone-forming tumor, most common in children and young adults.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chondrosarcoma<\/strong> \u2013 cartilage-forming tumor, more frequent in adults.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ewing Sarcoma<\/strong> \u2013 aggressive tumor, typically in younger patients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Metastatic Bone Tumors<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(the most common malignant bone process in adults)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Result from the spread of cancer cells from other organs (breast, lung, prostate, kidney).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Most often occur in older adults.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benign Bone Tumors<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Osteochondroma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Giant cell tumor (may behave aggressively)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fibromas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enchondromas and others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Although benign, these tumors may cause symptoms due to growth and require medical evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Soft-Tissue Tumors<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Benign:<\/strong> lipomas, fibromas, hemangiomas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Malignant (soft-tissue sarcomas):<\/strong> liposarcoma, fibrosarcoma, synovial sarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, and others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Malignant soft-tissue tumors are particularly insidious because they often cause no pain in early stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Symptoms &#8211;
