- 2017 – Completed subspecialization in Endocrine Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade.
- 2018 – PhD dissertation titled “Defining Predictive Factors of the Biological Behavior of Follicular Thyroid Tumors” at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade.
- 2016 – Awarded the professional title of Primarius.
- 2026 – Appointed Assistant Professor at the Department of Clinical Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, University Business Academy in Novi Sad, teaching General Surgery and Emergency Medicine.
Work Experience:
- 1998–2003 – Clinical Hospital Center “Dr. Dragiša Mišović,” Belgrade, volunteer resident in General Surgery.
- Since 2003 – Clinic for Endocrine Surgery, University Clinical Center of Serbia (UCCS), Belgrade.
- Since 2007 – Permanently employed at the Clinic for Endocrine Surgery, UCCS, currently serving as Head of the Operating Department.
- Since 2004 – Endocrine Surgery Consultant at the Special Hospital for Thyroid Diseases and Metabolism “Čigota,” Zlatibor.
- Four years of experience as an Endocrine Surgery Consultant at the Aranđelovac Health Center.
- Performed approximately 5,100 endocrine surgical procedures to date, including thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal gland surgeries.
- Extensive experience in the surgical treatment of aggressive, advanced, and rare thyroid tumors.
Scientific and Professional Work:
- Author of a chapter on poorly differentiated thyroid tumors and co-author of a chapter on anaplastic thyroid carcinoma in the textbook “Thyroid Surgery” (2017).
- Author of a chapter on rare adrenal gland tumors in the textbook “Adrenal Surgery” (2019).
- Author and co-author of scientific and professional papers published in indexed journals and proceedings of national and international scientific conferences.
- Lecturer at national and international professional conferences, as well as in subspecialty training programs in Endocrine Surgery.
- Member of the organizing committees of five congresses of the Serbian Association of Endocrine Surgeons.
