Alo and Atlas donate health – notice

The purpose of the processing, as joint controllers, was determined by the company Alo media System and the General Hospital Atlas, by a cooperation agreement, and the method of processing, by the Agreement on the processing of personal data.

 

The purpose of data processing is the choice of the reader who sent his documentation to the Alo daily newspaper, and who was told that the most needed medical service, based on the decision of the council of doctors of the Atlas General Hospital. The data will not be used for any other purpose. The processing of personal data is based on the consent of the person to whom the data relate in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 and Article 17, paragraph 2, item 1 of the Law on Personal Data Protection.

 

The person who gave his consent with his signature on the coupon in the daily Alo, agrees that his data will be processed, and that, if he receives a medical service at Atlas Hospital, he will share his experience with the readers of the daily newspaper Alo and the accompanying Alo internet portal.

Providing data is a necessary condition for choosing a reader who will be assigned a free medical service.

For those readers who will be selected as winners who will be provided with a certain medical service free of charge, the processing of personal data will be performed on the basis of regulations in the field of health.

Alo media system will check whether the shipment contains all the documentation prescribed by the advertisement in terms of collected coupons and filled in coupons and indisputably given consent for processing, and all correct and incorrect applications, separately packaged, will be forwarded by courier to Atlas General Hospital.

The Council of the General Hospital Atlas reviews the medical documentation of the participants who have been determined by the Alo media system as complete and correct, while the applications determined as incorrect are not taken into consideration. After reviewing the documentation, the council makes a decision as to which of the regular participants the medical service is most needed and most expedient, and assigns it to that participant free of charge.

Defective reports, including the medical documentation provided in the attachment, will be destroyed by Atlas General Hospital one month after admission.

Atlas General Hospital will keep personal data of the participants in the competition whose application was complete and correct, no later than May 31th 2021, in a room specially designated for that purpose, locked, and inaccessible to persons who do not have the right of access.

No later than 01th June 2021 Atlas General Hospital will destroy the data by burning it, about which the selected commission will make a report.

The person has the right to request from the Joint Controllers access, correction or deletion of his personal data- he has the right to restrict processing, the right to object, as well as the right to data portability and the right to complain to the Commissioner for Access to Public Information and Data Protection about personality.

The person who gave the mentioned consent with his signature on the coupon in the daily newspaper Alo, in accordance with Article 15 of the Law on Personal Data Protection, has the right to revoke that consent. The way in which a person can revoke a previously given consent is to contact the editorial office of the daily Alo in written form / by mail or to send a letter to the e-mail: p.obradovic@atlasklinika.rs.

Personal data will be kept until May 31th 2021 at the latest, because the organizers intend to repeat the assignment of certain medical services. After that date, all collected personal data will be completely destroyed by burning, about which a record will be made.
